We've been troubleshooting the performance issues. It has been challenging to diagnose because it does not happen in a consistent way.

Tonight, we took everything offline to run a file consistency check. It took longer than expected for it to complete. Everything checked out okay and services are back online. We apologize for the inconvenience.
